Uniform Youth Raffle 2026 Results
For over twenty years, Rotary Cleadon & District have organised an annual Raffle for the benefit of the various Uniformed Youth Groups of South Tyneside, over the years raising more than £100,000. Rotary Cleadon & District organises and provides to each participating organisation an agreed quantity of tickets to be sold on by them. We also provide a total of seven cash prizes, from £600 down to £50. The total money raised by each organisation from the sale of tickets, without any deduction, is returned to them. This year the overall total of funds raised was over £6,300.
The Draw normally takes place at South Shields Town Hall in July and drawn by the Mayor of South Tyneside.
South Tyneside District Scouts, South Shields Guides Association, Durham ACF, Boldon District Guides & Brownies and South Shields Sea Cadets took part this year and raised over £5000.00. We think this is a great way of helping organisations supporting local young people.
